1971 Pontiac LeMans Sport (MUST SACRIFICE) in Easley, South Carolina

I have a xxxx Pontiac LeMans Sport for sale. This is a solid car, i purchased it @ 1.5 years ago with the intentions of restoring it. This is a factory bucket seat, floor shift, consoled car. I have done some research to see what it would cost to become a driver, then a cool cruiser, and even a show ride. To make it a driver, the things necessary would be a battery, fluid change, carb cleaning/adjustment, tune up, just the normal stuff. It has a 350 engine with a TH350 trans., the motor has been worked on (to what extent I'm not sure), it has a Holley 4 barrel carb and Holley valve covers and a non factory intake. I was told the motor does run and has new exhaust, although I have never even tried to find out. The body has had some prep work for paint and there are some flaws with the prep work, i.e. there is 1 fender (pictured) with fitment issues, the passenger rear quarter panel has some damage from moving it, i assume (pictured), the hood, as is common on these vehicles, needs the hood hinges replaced, and one is broken. There is a 2x4 custom hood prop included (at no additional charge...lol). The "Endura" front nose has some cracks and chips (pictured). The car is complete with the ONLY exception being the passenger side seat is not there, I tried with all my might to get it from the guy I bought it from ever since I purchased the car, to no avail.
My reasons for selling this car is that I have procrastinated the restoration, I thought I would be able to do this on weekends with my kids, but they have no interest, and I am afraid it will simply sit there indefinitely. I don't want that to happen. This car is ready for @ $xxxx dollars to be invested to make somebody a dependable, cool azz piece of history to add to their collection, flip, or cruise around in. I DO have the title in hand, and the incompetent DMV or tax office titled it as a GTO...MAKE NO MISTAKE, THIS IS NOT A GTO...the VIN code begins with 237...that said, IF you want to turn it into a GTO Clone car, it is very simple to do, and I will include any parts catalogs I have for this ride and the sky is the limit...These cars are getting harder and harder to find, which is why when I saw this one, I snatched it up without any consideration to my time constraints or financial situation.
I am motivated to sell, so I will entertain offers, as long as they are reasonable and are CASH. NO checks, NO credit cards. If you and I shake hands on a price, I will wait for you to hand me loot, even if that means you need to go to the bank. I will NOT sell the car out from underneath the person that I make a deal with, PERIOD.
